Payment Methods
HOOKII accepts the following payment methods:

Note
- Different payment methods can't be combined, and only one credit card can be used per order.
- If a PayPal dispute occurs before shipment, the order will be placed on hold as PayPal will refuse payment in such cases. Please resolve the dispute to proceed with the order.
- To protect your interests, all orders must pass HOOKII's verification process. You may be required to verify that you are the cardholder or confirm the legitimacy of the order information. If the order or payment information cannot be verified, HOOKII reserves the right to cancel the order. In such cases, refunds will be issued via the original payment method.

How do I use a coupon code?
On the checkout page, fill in the required information. In the order summary section, you will find a blank field labeled “Enter coupon code.” Enter your coupon code in this field.
Are there additional charges when purchasing HOOKII products?
This depends on your payment method. If you use an international credit card, the purchase price may vary with exchange rates. Additionally, your bank or credit card issuer may charge foreign transaction fees. Please contact your bank or credit card issuer for details on these charges. Extra fees will not appear on your online order, and HOOKII is not responsible for any additional fees incurred when using an international credit card.
What should I do if my order payment is declined?
If your payment is declined, you will need to place a new order. Once a payment is declined, the original order cannot be reinstated. To ensure your order is not declined when placing a new one, please check the following:
- Verify your order information (e.g. phone number, email address); if shipping to a company address, ensure your name is included.
- Ensure your credit card details are correct, including the expiration date and billing address.
- Enter the correct security code (the three-digit number on the back of your credit card).
- Your card issuer may have declined your payment. As they do not provide us with the reason, please check with them.
If you have checked all the above information, try using another card or payment method.
How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds will be processed using the same method as the original payment. The refund process will be completed within approximately 7-14 business days, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
What is “Default Personal Payment Profile”?
When you place an order with a credit/debit card for the first time at the HOOKII online store, you will be asked to enter your card details. To avoid re-entering this information for future purchases, you can check the “Save personal payment profile information” box to create a personal payment profile. You can create multiple profiles and save one as the default personal payment profile.
Is my personal payment profile secure?
We understand the importance of security in online transactions. HOOKII takes all necessary security measures to protect your credit card and other confidential personal information. HOOKII does not share this information with any external organizations.
