Blade Set for Hookii Neomow X Series Robotic Mowers

I bought this robotic mower because there was no need for wires or antenna. I had problems getting it to map out a mowing zone at first. I tried to contact the seller, first reply made no sense, as it talked about a different model. I tried to reply to it to explain it was not the model I had, and it seemed to just be sent back to me. I was ready to pack it up and send it right back, but I gave it a little time and all started to get better. I was contacted by a customer service person thru e-mail. I was able to tell Hailey what my issues were, and she got right on it for me. She knew just who to talk to, and they got right on the issues, and was able to fix the problem. It did take a couple of days to get every thing straightened out, but Hailey stayed in contact with me every step of the way. Now it is mowing my lawn, helping me make it look even better than usual! I now can also do the trimming. As living with chronic pain I can only work on chores for a short time with a lot of breaks. I can not mow with a push mower and the riders lets me get the mowing done, but had a hard time getting off the mower and trying to walk. So no trimming after mowing. Now I will not put off mowing the lawn as long as possible anymore. I can turn it on tell it where to mow and it does it and keeps it looking good all the time. The only part that was painful was doing the mapping to start. Called my son to do part of that, when he got done he said I think this will work well for you. I told him it could handle his yard too, his reply to that was, "if it goes to my house it wont make it back to here." That told me he thought it was doing a really good job, and he thinks most of my tools are not good enough for him to use. If you have trouble mowing this neomower is a game changer. Customer service was really great to work with, and really took care of all my problems. they kept in contact every step of the way explaining every step and process as we went to take care of the issues.
