Wonderful robot lawn mower! This is my second Hookii Neomow purchase. I recently upgraded from the original model. The L has significant improvements over the prior version. I also bought the Pro model for the larger battery. I can now mow both of my zones without needing to charge in-between. Connecting the mower to my WiFi and mapping was very easy.

I get constant compliments on my lawn. I've had multiple lawn services in the past, and my lawn has never looked this good. My husband and I sit on the porch and watch it while it works or I take a nap!

Blade changes are easy. Maintenance is minimal and if you ever need any help, the Hookii Support Team is the best. Very responsive.

This is hands down the best customer service experience I've ever had!

Features Worth Mentioning: The LiDAR and GPS mapping are impressively accurate, without the need for antennas, complicated wiring, or other gimmicks. The mower is also incredibly quiet. My neighbors' dogs were curious about it at first, but after a while, they didn't even bother looking at it anymore!

The cutting performance is excellent, leaving a clean, even lawn with beautiful, perfectly straight stripes. You can adjust the cutting angles and rotate the mowing patterns to achieve the look you want. Setting up the mowing schedule is also quick and easy.

I scheduled it to mow once or twice a week. In my opinion, the micro-cutting feature produces finer mulch that breaks down more easily, returns nutrients to the soil, and helps promote healthier grass. After only about a month of use, my lawn already looks noticeably better than my neighbors' lawns!

Design and Appearance: This mower has a futuristic yet understated design. Unlike many other brands, which look more like traditional lawn mowers, this one looks like an actual robot! Even the neighborhood kids love it. They've already given it a name: Bob! Between its smart navigation, quiet operation, excellent cutting performance, and cool robotic design, this mower has become a real conversation starter in the neighborhood.

I purchased this based on Amazon review ratings. There are so many of these mowers on the market that it was very hard to decide which one to buy. I have about 0.5 acres and a portion of the yard is slightly sloped. This mower had difficulties going up slopes, but the key is to have it navigate slopes horizontally or at an angle.

I am very happy with this purchase. As with anything new it takes a bit of a learning curve, but it is working nicely for me. You will still have to use your edge trimmer to manicure areas it can't reach but I had to do that even when I used my push mower.

I communicated via email with factory technical support when I had questions and they were very polite and speedy to respond to my questions and feature requests. Oh btw, I also like how it will crosscut as shown in the video.

The obstacle detection actually works it steers around toys, garden hoses, and even my dog, who has decided it's his personal friend. Firmware updates have visibly improved its behavior over time, which tells me the company is actively investing in the product. This is what a smart home device should feel like.
